Integrations allow you to seamlessly connect our e-learning platform with your existing software. These integrations expand your existing EHS system and enable more efficient processes, better supplier relationships, and stronger engagement with your customers.

Popular Applications

Use Your Existing Documentation

Easily integrate documents such as PowerPoint presentations, PDF files, Excel spreadsheets, and much more into your courses. The most efficient approach is to connect your OneDrive or Google Drive directly to our system, enabling optimized access and automatic updates. This allows you, for example, to add your current safety trainings, operating instructions, or SOPs to our courses.

For an even simpler setup, you can optionally insert links instead of displaying individual documents in the training modules (e.g. via SharePoint or Google Drive). This ensures that learners always have access to the latest safety policies in your DMS.

Online Videos

Enhance your online training by uploading your own videos or integrating videos available on the internet, such as from YouTube. This flexibility allows you to create engaging multimedia learning content.

Risk Assessments

Make a change in one place and see it reflected everywhere.

By integrating our platform with your existing risk assessment tools, all updates to your risk assessments are automatically reflected in your safety training materials. This ensures that your instructions are always up to date with the latest safety protocols.

To implement this, you must use training courses based on operating instructions. This type of integration ensures one-way communication (risk assessment, operating instructions, online training). Two-way communication is also possible but requires the installation of a custom API. Please note that we do not provide software for creating risk assessments or operating instructions. You must use your own EHS software for this purpose.

EHS Software & HCM Software API

We offer a robust tool for tracking user progress. However, if you already have a tracking system in place, you can integrate it into our platform. A custom API facilitates continuous data uploads into your system and enables managers to track the team progress of each learner.

SCORM Upload

Our modern platform offers comprehensive options for creating and delivering online courses, including quizzes, online scenarios, and other interactive content.

If you already have SCORM courses, you can easily integrate them into our platform. This feature is also useful for those working with e-learning software such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or iSpring Suite.
