Spills regularly contribute to production losses, fires, and environmental pollution. In the event of a spill accident, a quick response is the key to avoiding or at least minimizing further damage. Here, spill kits provide fast and cost-effective help. This training will help you deal with spills safely and efficiently.

Safety note: This training provides information only on small spill of hazardous materials (laboratory quantities of chemicals). This training does not provide any information on how do deal with spill of highly hazardous products such as flammable, toxic or carcinogenic materials. In the event of a spillage, the internal procedures of your organization, the operating instructions, and the safety data sheet guidelines must be observed. Your organization is responsible for making these documents available for you. This awareness training is intended to help you understand the fundamental terms and rules, as well as identify the training needs for specific activities. This training alone is NOT sufficient to undertake any work activities with hazardous materials.
